Then, When you needed an oil change, fluid flush, light bulb, new alternator, new tires new brakes, new engine, or needed to fix an oil leak, you wouldn't have to pay anything you would just go in to get it fixed. Why cant I find cheap car insurance?

I am 17 and just about to pass my test, I am after a 1 litre to 1.2 litre small ish car. I can afford the car which is no problem but when I look for car insurance its bringing quotes up at the cheapest 4500.
